All the three day bus trips depart from the Tee Room Parking lot in Newport Beach at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. We leave the mountain at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday for the return trip. Trip fees include bus, two cocktail parties (BYOB), 3 nights lodging and optional daily bus to the mountain. We party on the way up and wind down on the way back. Most trips include movies on the bus both  up and back. Most  weekend trip dates revolve around the Schusski race schedule.  Racing is fun for ALL levels of skiing and a great way to to improve your abilities. Non-members are welcome to join our Mammoth weekends for a modest fee used toward your membership. Command Performance Sports in Mammoth gives our members a 20% discount. The midweek Mammoth Mountain drive-up trips are based on the arrangements made by the participants. The trip leader will try to help people make contacts for car pools. The gas costs will be shared by the passengers in each vehicle. The trips usually involve a Sunday arrival and a Friday departure. This provides 4 or 5 days of skiing avoiding the weekend crowds and takes advantage of Mammoth's lower midweek condo costs. The trip fees include 5 nights lodging, light breakfasts and and setups for après skiing events in the evenings (BYOB). Major Trips

We host several  major ski trips a year.  Attending these trips requires advance sign-ups and a deposit to hold your reservation.  Requirements and deposits vary depending on the trip, so check them out and sign up early.  You must be a member of the club for major trips. Read our major trip cancellation policy. Please note that major ski trip Airline and Ground prices may still be subject to increases even though prices are listed on the flyers. Also note that Trip Insurance is strongly recommended.  Although we do not endorse a specific travel insurance company, some of our members and former trip leaders have had positive results with  "Travel Insured" Our first major trip of the 2010 - 2011 ski season we are going to Sun Valley. The dates are January 22 to 29, 2011. It is the Far West Ski Association Ski Week. In March We have a trip to Park City Utah. The dates are Wednesday, March 2 to Sunday, March 6, 2011.
